Core Maker
The core makers CW series have been designed for the production of cardboard cores from two up to five ply. The plies come from to the unwind glued and lubricated. They are then wound in a helical form around a fixed mandrel creating a continuos tube, wich is then cut by means of a servo-driven knife. Utilizing sectional servo-driven drums we can guarantee a very precise cut lenght at any speed. A special knife blade, which is rotated at a very high speed, is fitted on a servo-driven sliding device allowing us to obtain very precise and clean cuts.
