S 60 Start/Stop industrial Rewinder
The automatic Start/Stop industrial Rewinder mod S 60 has been successfully installed to the customer’s factory.
The S 60 is the only gear-less Rewinder present on the market. The transmission is guaranteed by brushless motors fitted by means of high efficiency Alpha gearbox reducers, directly on the various groups as Unwinder, Embosser, Plybonder, slitters, perforation, winding rolls and rider roll. This new concept of transmission allows high rewinding speed, very low acceleration and deceleration time, with a very high production output. The use of brushless motor allows memorizing of products and, once recalled, the machine automaticlly sets all the parameters based on the memorized recall, like number of sheets, perforation length, finished diameter, web tension, meters of wounded paper etc. In line with the S 60 Rewinder the electronic industrial Logsaw mod T 35has also been installed.
